Welcome to Paragos. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

We may collect the following types of information:

Images you upload or capture using the app
Text prompts you enter
A unique device identifier used to associate your account and gallery with your device
Device information (such as device type and operating system)
Usage data (such as app interactions and features used)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Generate AI images based on your inputs
Store and display your generated images in your personal gallery
Manage your credit balance and subscription
Improve app performance and user experience
Provide customer support
Maintain and secure the app

3. Image Processing

Images you upload are processed by third-party AI services to generate results. These images are used solely for generation purposes and are not sold or shared for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your generated images are stored on our cloud infrastructure to power your in-app gallery. We apply the following retention policy:

        30-Day Image Deletion Policy: All AI-generated images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after they are created. This applies to images stored in your gallery. Once deleted, images cannot be recovered. We recommend saving any images you wish to keep to your device before the 30-day period expires.
    

Original photos you upload for processing are used only to generate the AI result and are not retained on our servers beyond what is required for that single generation.

We take reasonable measures to protect all stored data from unauthorized access during its retention period.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party services to operate the app:

AI image generation providers — to process and transform your photos
Cloud storage providers — to host your generated images for gallery access
Analytics providers — to understand app usage and improve performance
App store platforms — to process subscriptions and in-app purchases

These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, update, or delete your data. You can contact us at any time to make such requests. Note that gallery images are in any case deleted automatically after 30 days as described above.

8. Children's Privacy

Paragos is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
